Subnautica: Below Zero to Launch May 14th

Unknown Worlds Entertainment has announced that Subnautica: Below Zero will be launching on May 14th for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store as well as for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Players will be able to choose a fully digital version of the game or a physical edition. All versions of the game will retail for $29.99. Players can also purchase a special physical bundle that offers Below Zero and the original game for $59.99.

Below Zero is the sequel to the original game and allows players to dive beneath the icy surface of Planet 4546B. Along the way, players will discover “mysterious aquatic creatures and other watery wonders while they test the limits of how far they’re willing to go to survive”. It features an all-new story, a huge open world to check out, new craftable tech, and mysteries“Subnautica: Below Zero has grown and evolved based on community feedback in Early Access and we’re excited to finally launch the full-blown sequel to Subnautica,” says Ted Gill, President of Unknown Worlds.
