Dark Point Games has announced that Achilles: Legends Untold will get a huge update in Q3 2023 when the Spider Cave Update arrives. Players across all available platforms should grab their bug spray and head into the massive new Spider Cave location. Along the way, they’ll face new and challenging enemies, including fire spiders. Boots for stomping might be a good idea as well.
The team released a new trailer to showcase some of the creepy crawly action players will encounter while exploring the new region.
Other features in the Spider Cave Update
- new save slots that allow up to three simultaneous playthroughs of the game
- a new tutorial tab is being added to the inventory menu to make it easier for players to find handy game tips
- controller vibration support is being added
- two new powerful GAIA (Group AI Action) attacks to add a new layer of difficulty to the game
- a refined dismemberment system for more realistic and satisfying combat mechanics
- new graphics, customization ssettings
- a visual makeover for Achilles himself
- numerous bug fixes
- minor upgrades including improved performance
- resolution issues resolved
Developers are shooting for a Q3 2023 release. The update will be delivered for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
