Vermintide 2 Winds Of Magic Pre Orders Open Today

Vermintide 2 Winds Of Magic is coming soon. Now, players can ensure an early glimpse at the chaos as the Vermintide 2 expansion opens up for pre orders today.

Coming to PC via Steam, Verminitde 2’s first expansion follow sup on the stellar 2018 romp through blood and Skaven. The second video game to fall under the Vermintide franchise, Verminitde 2 take place during Warhammer’s End Times. After the events of Ubersreik, the so-called heroes of the first game find themselves on the edge and with a vastly different adventure ahead of them. When we first got a glimpse of this glorious co-op carnage, it was clear that the second of developer Fatshark’s Vermintide titles was an improvement on the original. The same class-based co-op scenarios were strewn across the landscape but with improved graphic, sound, and a brand new race of enemies.

The Winds of Magic expansion brings even more action to fans of the series. As a meteor crashes down in the Reikland, the Beastmen rush to the epicenter to claim it as a Herdstone. It is up to the five heroes to stop them before a dreadful disaster strikes the Empire. That’s right, the Beastmen are here.

The new addition will also include:

  • Dark Omens – New Level
  • Winds – New Game Mode
  • Raised Level Cap
  • New Talents
  • New weapons for all heroes
  • New Difficulty
  • Leaderboards

Vermintide 2 continues to grow, and challenge the players in new ways. The Winds of Magic expansion will introduce a new enemy, the Beastmen, as well as new game mode, weapons, and leaderboards.” says Martin Wahlund, CEO Fatshark. “We can’t wait to see how we rank up against the players on the leaderboards. Or maybe not?

Players who pre orde the PC expansion will get early access to the new content in a beta. Slated to open around the 13 August, there isn’t much time to tool up and prepare for the return of our heroes. Vermintide 2 Winds of Magic will set you back $19.99 and you can find out more over on the official Steam Store page now.
