Dark Point Games has released a bombastic new trailer to announce the release date of Achilles: Legends Untold. The trailer reveals that the highly-anticipated ARPG is coming sooner than many think. Players can start their epic journey of legend on November 2nd. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Players step into the sandals of the legendary hero who has returned home after the War of Troy to find Greece in chaos. Players will experience a “multilayered” story that sends them to the far reaches of one of the ancient world’s most formidable societies. It’s up to Achilles to save the mortal world from impending doom.
Features include
- Combat – Experience the capabilities of the GAIA (Group AI Action) system that introduces innovative enemy behavior. Opponents have unscripted interactions with each other and are capable of coordinated attacks, sometimes even taking advantage of their surroundings.
- Exploration – Travel between locations by discovering shrines where you can recover health and spend your experience points, but beware – using them will cause your enemies to re-appear.
- The World – The story will take you through Troy, as well as various parts of ancient Greece, allowing you to discover its secrets. The game world is full of people, animals, mythological creatures, and other mysterious beings from ancient Greece. You will meet many enemies during your travels, but also a few allies.
- The Story – Discover the story of Achilles told anew. Conquer your fear, make moral choices, and find your place in the ongoing conflict of mythological proportions.
- Character Progression – Collect diverse loot – from healing points, through crafting materials, to temporary bonuses. Expand your arsenal by picking up various weapons. Choose from a variety of armaments and find your own fighting style. Sword and shield, spear, or twin axes? You decide.
