Guts United has announced Nothing to Remember, a brand new game that is sure to appeal to murder mystery fans around the world. The events of the Steam sim revolve around a cold case that has been filed away. But when another victim disappears under similar circumstances to the original victim, things are reopened.
Developers have stated that the goal is to create a game with immersion in mind. It takes place in real-time on the player’s screen via “a sleek chat window”. Two unique characters are introduced to the player who can then explore their inner thoughts, their past, their personal messages, and much more. By following the clues within the story, players can experience any one of four distinct endings based on their choices.
As the case progresses, your decision-making will be tested in this tense, gripping tale of deceit, murder, and the human struggle to stay afloat in a chaotic world. This was a closed case, folded away onto the dusty shelves of the precinct. The killer was pronounced dead, and families began to heal. Then another victim goes missing, and you get a strange message in the night. A cold chill runs down your back – this isn’t over.
