Ubisoft is celebrating 20 years of the Ghost Recon franchise both by announcing Ghost Recon: Frontline and by giving away tons of GR content. From now through October 11th, players can download the first GR game for free and can grab the Fallen Ghosts DLC for Wildlands and the Deep State Adventure for Breakpoint.
How to claim your content
- TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON
Available from October 5, 7 PM CEST to October 11, 7 PM CEST. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® can be claimed via the Giveaway page or via the Ubisoft Connect PC client. From the Web flow:
- Go to the Giveaway page
- Choose the “Ubisoft Connect PC” platform.
- Log in.
- The game is then added to your game library.
From the PC Client:
- Open the PC launcher.
- From the news page, click on the “Claim now”-banner for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon®. Alternatively, go to your game library and find Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® under Free games. Click “Add to my games”.
- The game is added to your game library.
- TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON WILDLANDS FALLEN GHOSTS DLC
Available from October 5, 7 PM CEST to October 11, 7 PM CEST. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Wildlands Fallen Ghosts DLC can be claimed via the Giveaway page or via the Ubisoft Connect PC client. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Wildlands base game is required to play the Fallen Ghosts DLC. Via the Giveaway page:
- Go to the Giveaway page
- Select your platform
- Follow the next steps according to your platform.
- For Ubisoft Connect PC: Select “Ubisoft Connect PC”, log in, the content will be added to your game library
- For other platforms: you will be redirected to the corresponding page for each platform allowing you to claim the content
- The game is then added to your game library.
Via Ubisoft Connect PC client:
- Open the PC Launcher.
- From the news page, click on the “Claim for free” banner for TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON WILDLANDS FALLEN GHOSTS DLC.
- If you own TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON WILDLANDS, the DLC will now be available in your library.
- TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON BREAKPOINT DEEP STATE ADVENTURE
Available from October 5, 7 PM CEST to October 11, 7 PM CEST. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint base game is required to play the Deep State Adventure.
- Launch Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint on your preferred platform (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, or Stadia).
- Go to the Expansion tab in the in-game store.
- The Deep State Adventure will be available for 0 Ghost Coins.
- Click on the Adventure to own it.
- You’ll need to restart the game to get the mission unlocked. An in-game pop-up will appear.
