Core Keeper Celebrates Its Birthday with In-Game Goodies

Core Keeper First Birthday Celebration

Pugstorm and the Core Keeper team are pulling out all the stops to celebrate the game’s first birthday. Players will find a number of in-game goodies to help them as they adventure in the sandbox world created by the developers. The anniversary event will run from now through March 20th.

Every character on a player’s account will receive a special birthday cake. Consuming it buffs characters with a permanent boost to their maximum health. Players can also throw a birthday party with friends complete with wearable birthday hats. Musical types can play the Happy Birthday song thanks to new sheet music available to discover somewhere in the game world.

As players rove about the game world in search of the Happy Birthday sheet music, they are encouraged to keep an eye out for a special Terraria guest music sheet. Once found, players can perform the “Journey’s Beginning” track from Terraria using in-game instruments.

Developers also provided the community with a peek at upcoming content. Later in March, players will be treated to the free Cherry Blossom Festival mini-update. After that, a much larger update will introduce pets into the game. Fans with a nostalgic bent can revisit recent in-game events including the Quality of Love update and the Christmas Seasonal Event. To do so, they can select them via Gameplay Settings.
