Neowiz has announced that its hybrid RPG/roguelite game, Dandy Ace, is coming to PC via Steam on March 25th. The 2D isometric game utilizes a “flexible card system” that allows Ace to literally pull a card from his sleeve to create combos and skill power-ups that can be altered depending on how they are equipped. Players will encounter dynamic scenarios and card options each time they enter the Cursed Mirror.
To celebrate the release announcement, developers sent out a new trailer to showcase the game’s charming graphics and gameplay.
“Dandy Ace is a game that looks charming and inviting, but you soon find out just how far the rabbit hole goes once you start playing.” said Don Hudson, Product Manager at Neowiz. “Mad Mimic’s made a blend of Action RPG and Roguelite that’s both addictive and stylish, with countless ways to play through its myriad winding levels. We cannot wait for players to get their hands on the final product”
Interested players can head over to the Dandy Ace Steam page to add it to their wishlist and to try out the demo for a peek at the action the full game includes. Developers have plans to release the game for other platforms later in 2021 including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.
