According to the final box art for the game, it has been confirmed that the game will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive title through March 3, 2021. At this point, no other platforms have been announced.
The box art for the North American version of the game was released last night by reliable gaming “leaker” Wario64.
Eager fans have been waiting for the remaster of one of the most beloved titles in the entire Final Fantasy franchise that was originally announced during E3 2015. The good news for fans of the series is that nine franchise games will be coming to Xbox Game Pass some time in 2020. This means there are a lot of games to play to fill the time until March 2021.

About Final Fantasy VII Remake
The world has fallen under the control of the Shinra Electric Power Company, a shadowy corporation controlling the planet’s very life force as mako energy.
In the sprawling city of Midgar, an anti-Shinra organization calling themselves Avalanche have stepped up their resistance. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit now turned mercenary, lends his aid to the group, unaware of the epic consequences that await him.
The story of this first, standalone game in the FFVII Remake project covers up to the party’s escape from Midgar, and goes deeper into the events occurring in Midgar than the original version.
