NetEase just kicked off an incredibly cute Identity V Sanrio Event
Mobile asymmetrical mystery Identity V is about to invite some new players to the arena with a new Sanrio event. The outfit behind adorable Japanese icons like Hello Kitty, Melody, and Argretsuko is bringing its own brand of cute to the online arena. The new activities are already ongoing, having kicked off on the 28 December, but there’s still plenty of time to get chased down by Cinnamoroll.
The introduction of new Sanrio themed items is something of a twist on Identity V’s own horror themed survival aesthetic. Mixing cute gothic animation and pastel palettes, players will be able to dress up in Hello Kity dresses and other equally unorthodox outfits, before jumping into an action-packed arena.
Alongside these costumes, other in game rewards are on offer. A set of themed Portrait Frames and Portraits as well as the crossover pet [A Pet] Survivor – Hello Kitty Mechanic’s Doll or [B Pet] Survivor – Cinnamoroll Mechanic’s Doll all feature. This second tranche of in game items can be earned, unlike the costume, meaning all you need to do is jump in and play.
If you love strange and cute then Identity V is a unique game of hunter vs survivors that should suit nicely. For more on the Identity V Sanrio Event and to take a break from Hello Kitty Island Adventure, check out the Identity V website now.
