Get ready to grab your balls and crush your enemies as the calamity of Bloodbowl and the bright neon lights of near-future sci-fi thrillers collide on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on 20 October. After a crash course of beta tests Hyperrbrawl Tournament is now set to make its official launch and there looks to be plenty of action for everybody ready to score at any cost.
Set in the depths of a ‘sporting’ arena, players can jump into this arena brawler and experience the fast-paced action of Hyperbrawl tournament as they assemble their own team of heroes, customize a set of deadly weapons, and then try to put your ball in your opponents net. 12 intergalactic heroes are available to choose from, each with their own stats and playstyle preference. To add to the chaos, each character can pack one of eight mythical weapons, including the earth-shattering Slam Hammer, the lightning-quick Turbo Thruster, or the deadly and decisive Grapple Gun. With a total of 4000 different combinations in-game already, that’s a lot of options when decimating your foes.
This intense new multiplayer brawler also comes loaded with a total of 7 game modes. This includes:
- ARCADE – Jump into instant local multiplayer or single-player matches for 1-4 players, earn XP and level up.
- CAMPAIGN – Challenge for glory in the single-player campaign mode. Conquer the Galaxy League and the Cosmic Cup to become the greatest team in the universe.
- BLITZ – Compete online with players across the world for the ultimate accolade – ‘The HyperBrawl Champion!’ The longer the win streak, the greater the rewards from trophies to artefacts.
Hyperbrawl Tournament is already available for players to sample via the Apple Arcade if you happen to be packing a compatible device.
