Last Train Home Legion Tales DLC Expands the Game's Historical Content

Ashborne Games and THQ Nordic have announced that the historical Legion Tales DLC is now available for Last Train Home. Players can pick up a copy of the DLC via Steam and GoG. Those who own the game’s Deluxe Edition have the DLC included, but it can also be purchased for $14.99 with a 10% discount through February 8th.

The Legion Tales content offers players ten new legendary missions inspired by historical facts from WW2. Each mission is a unique story, including the only naval battle fought by Czech soldiers rather than sailors. Players will also delve into the depths of a mine as they hunt the enemy. Perhaps the most interesting mission features a machine-gun toting priest mowing down enemies “in the name of the Lord.”

A new trailer offers a peek into the DLC’s content.

LEGION TALES FEATURES

  • 10 new missions
  • A unique story
  • Highly replayable content
  • Optional challenges
  • Meta currency used to purchase pre-set squads for each mission.

ABOUT LAST TRAIN HOME

Embark on a desperate mission through the depths of a war-torn wasteland. Your goal is to guide Czechoslovak soldiers back home onboard an armored train, but the path ahead is fraught with peril. Caught in the middle of a brutal civil war between Russia’s Red and White Armies, your unit must remain in fighting shape, managing what little resources you have and maintaining morale at all costs. Venture through the bleak and unforgiving landscape of Siberia, where the freezing cold and the merciless environment will push you to your very limit. Resources are scarce and your crew is exhausted, but you must keep pushing forward.
