One of the most keenly anticipated MMOs coming in the near(ish) future is Amazon Games‘ Lost Ark. Developers have announced that the “MMOARPG’s” closed beta is now live in North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. Chosen testers will have access for an entire week when the closed beta ends on November 11, 2021.
This marks the first time Western players have had an opportunity to check out a new class called the Martial Artist Striker Sub Class. In addition, they’ll be able to get a peek at dungeons, raids, new islands to explore, sailing, additional updates, and quality of life improvements since the last round of testing ended. Founders Pack owners will automatically be granted access to CBT.
In Lost Ark, players explore the vast and diverse world of Arkesia on their quest to find the fabled Lost Ark and save the realm from a demonic threat. The game features 15 distinct hero classes with unique combinations of adaptable skillsets, utilizing the Tripod skill system, which allows players to select and enhance the unique traits of a combat skill when it reaches a certain level. Players will forge their own odyssey, whether alone or with allies, as they battle through dangerous dungeons, sail by ship, and even create their own island home.
