Magic Stone Knights, the mobile fantasy adventure from Neowiz, gets a global release today.
Available right now on iOS and Android, Magic Stone Knights is available for mobile heroes who want something a bit more cerebral. Throwing players back into a universe based on the hugely popular Brave Nine series, this new title combines familiar faces like Celia and Granhildr with new challenges and events.
Whether you’re used to the original RPG or the recent Brave Ninne Story, Magic Stone Knights begins a different quest. Picking up in a fantasy realm, where evil lurks and civilization lies in peril, it’s up to you to venture out into treacherous dungeons and epic battles. It all sounds pretty familiar so far, but a range of diverse gameplay mechanics promise to shake things up. Combat is less hack and slash this time around, adding a match three puzzler to the in game combat options. Heroes here can do more than just attack and defend. Each character’s unique traits introduce strategic elements that enhance the puzzle-play experience. You’ll need to utilize all the available options at your disposal to overcome an engaging campaign mode, scale the ultimate ‘Tower of Trials,’ or master the PvP arena. There’s even a large scale ‘Guild War’ and ‘Guild Raid’ to conquer before taking on the ‘Advent’ endgame content.
With tons of ways to play and a few new twists in the works, Magic Stone Knights might not be about to knock the likes of Honkai Star rail off its perch but fans of brave Nine were likely to love this new free to play tale. Check it out on the App Store and Google Play Store now.
