With the launch of NBA 2K21 just around the corner on September 4th, developers are getting fans riled up to play with today’s release of a console demo. The new demo is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch and weighs in at about 30GB.
The 2K21 demo drops at 7am PT tomorrow ?

The demo will allow players to create their own custom player via the MyPlayer Builder. They’ll also be able to take part in a pair of games featuring the All-Time Lakers vs Celtics and/or the Bucks vs Clippers.
The August 24th release date has sentimental value for all fans of the NBA as the date also marks the birthday of the late Kobe Bryant. The demo’s release is a tribute to the basketball legend who died earlier this year in a helicopter accident in Los Angeles. “8/24” marks both Bryant’s birth date and the two uniform numbers he wore during his long career.
