Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 has just revealed returning character Garfield
Nickelodeon All Star Brawl, the Smash style brawler that features all your Saturday morning favorites, will play host to a famous furry TV star once more. Garfield is back and this lasagna loving kitty has a whole new set of moves for fans looking to slink their way through the action.
Like his animated namesake, this Garfield is not a fan of physical exercise. Like me on a Monday morning, he doesn’t move as fast as the rest of the available roster. While Grandma Gertie might be able to outpace this low effort feline, his move set allows him to drop food and experience frenzied sugar rushes.
The new face on the character selection screen is more of an all-rounder than his description makes out. Rather than slow and tanky, this clawsome cat is flexible enough to match most players’ preferences. He can also overcome all his other issues with the aid of food. Slinging pies at opponents impacts in a range of ways, from slowing them to filling his new food meter. You can check out more about the new mechanics in the video above.
