To ensure that players don’t miss out on an amazing gaming experience, the official PlayStation page shared the list of 22 upcoming PS4 & PS5 games to look forward to in 2022, including indies, blockbusters and long-awaited sequels. Let’s dive right in and see what awaits in the following year!

#1 – Horizon: Forbidden West

Horizon Forbidden West continues Aloy’s story as she moves west to a far-future America to brave a majestic, but dangerous frontier where she’ll face awe-inspiring machines and mysterious new threats.

As Aloy travels to the Forbidden West, she discovers stunning valleys, deserts, and ruined cities. The landscapes may be stunning, but danger lurks in every corner. Players will discover dozens of new machines as they explore the new region. If you want to fight those new enemies effectively, each of the new machines needs to be scanned and studied.

#2 – Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection

Seek your fortune and leave your mark on the map in the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. Uncover the thrilling cinematic storytelling and the largest blockbuster action set pieces in the Uncharted franchise, packed with all the wit, cunning, and over-the-top moments of the beloved thieves – Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer.

From Santa Monica Studio comes the sequel to the critically acclaimed God of War (2018). Together, Kratos and Atreus venture deep into the Nine Realms in search of answers as Asgardian forces prepare for war.

The list goes on to include many of the long-awaited sequels and new installments into beloved franchises such as Gran Turismo 7, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction, Oxenfree II and more. 2022 also promises players the exciting open-world action-adventure Forspoken and the eagerly awaited The Lord of the Rings: Gollum by Daedalic Entertainment.
