Princess Peach: Showtime Transformation Trailer Introduces A Mighty Peach

Nintendo’s own princess of power just got a new Princess Peach: Showtime transformation trailer, with a bunch of new Peaches.

Nintendo just dropped another trailer for the upcoming adventure Princess Peach: Showtime, and the new reveal includes four new iterations of this princess. Dropping last night and turning up the hype for this colorful Mario Bros, spin off, the new versions of Peachy include Mermaid Peach, Thief Peach, Figure Skater Peach, and the super powered Mighty Peach.

Each of the new outfits come with their own powers, puzzles, and challenges, throwing the recognizable regal hero into different scenarios during her upcoming adventure. The teaser depicts Mighty peach flying through the air in a mix of platforming and traditional twin stick blasting, using superhero powers and superhuman strength to overcome alien hordes. Figure Skater Peach, on the other hand, is more likely to be found scrolling past a range of thematically appropriate obstacles, spinning and leaping out of trouble. Thief Peach can leap long distances and dash out of harm’s way in a more traditional 2D platforming scenario, just to keep gameplay varied. These options join the likes of Baker Peach, Ninja Peach, Kung-Fu, Detective, and Sword peach in the line up of upcoming options. We know of 10 playable peaches so far but expect even more come showtime.

If you’ve managed to miss the news for Princess Peach: Showtime Transformation, then there’s still plenty of time to check out what’s coming. The latest in a long line of Mario fuelled spin offs ditches the moustache twirling villains and plumbing duo, to put Princess Peach centre stage. The titular character must take to the stage and use the power of Sparkle to transform and save the theatre from malevolent forces. While it’s taken way too long to see peach in her finest form, we can’t wait to join the action and try out all the Princess Peach: Showtime transformations. Check out more over on the Nintendo eShop website now.
