Realms of Ruin Heroes Reign Destruction on A new DLC

Realms of Ruin Heroes

Two new Warhammer: Realms of Ruin heroes have landed in the realm of Ghur

Frontier Developments have unleashed a whole new set of heroes for players eager to conquer the untamed lands of Ghur. Warhammer fans who have been busy conquering the Realms of Ruin can purchase access to all-powerful Stormcast Eternals champion Yndrasta and the Orruk Kruleboyz shaman Gobsprakk. Arriving across PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation® 5 and Xbox Series X|S, this DLC provides players with a ton of new ways to play and shouldn’t break the bank. Each Hero DLC is available to purchase separately for £3.99/$4.99/€4.99, as well as part of a bundle for £6.99/$8.99/€8.99.

While that price is still a little more than free, both iconic characters can be rotated into the army loadout in place of either the Stormcast Eternals Lord-Celestant, or the Orruk Kruleboyz Killaboss. The Celestial Spear includes a passive ability that provides immediate healing and a movement speed bonus to nearby allies after using an ability, whilst ‘Huntress Charge’ propels her to the skies before slamming into foes, dealing damage and stunning any who are caught in the fray. Her legendary spear, Thengavar, can be thrown to a location – dealing immediate damage as well as summoning Sigmar’s fury to increase the melee speed of allies in the area.

Gobsprakk, The Mouth of Mork, is the Kruleboyz first flying nit. Sitting atop his Corpse-Rippa Vulcha, Killabeak, he passively improves movement, cooldowns, and melee speed of allies. The ‘Rippa Screech’ active ability unleashes the power of his mount, aiming a cone of damage at foes and an AoE effect beneath him, revealing, silencing, and damaging enemies over time.
Not only can these two turn the tide of battle, they can be used in Skirmish, Multiplayer and Conquest Mode, providing new options when taking on friends or enemies.
If you’ve already conquered Ghur and looking for something new in this tactical RTS from the Warhammer franchise then find out more over on the official website and pick up the two newest Realms of Ruin heroes.
