At this week’s PlayStation’s State of Play event, SEGA announced Sonic X Shadow Generations for PC and consoles. While there is no specific release date, we do know that the company is targeting a fall 2024 window for the 3D platformer. The game will be available in both physical and digital editions for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Steam page for the game is already live so players can add it to their wishlist.
Developers teased fans with a new trailer showcasing everyone’s favorite speedy hedgehog and dark emo nemesis.
Features include
- A definitive blend of Shadow, Classic Sonic, and Modern Sonic gameplay.
- A new Shadow story campaign where he faces off against Black Doom, his old nemesis.
