Silent Hill Ascencion starts a new interactive horror series that went live last night.
Fans of the Silent Hill franchise are in for something of an unusual twist. In an unexpected turn, Genvid Entertainment and Konami Digital Entertainment went live last night with interactive horror series Silent Hill Ascencion. In the wee small hours, 01:00 Am UK time, the team behind this new tale introduced a new cast of characters in a live interactive narrative, where the viewers are essential. During the first instalment, we watched audiences make daily decisions and impact the story through puzzles and other elements.
Thankfully, you don’t have to be up at midnight to take part. Choices are available at a minimum of 24 hours, so every fan anywhere in the world can participate each day without needing to be there live. Instead, you can install the Silent Hil Ascencion app on iOS, Android, or just watch on the desktop via Ascncion.cm.
The first decision: Silent Hill Ascension follows the complex lives of two families in peril, including the aforementioned Rachel Hernandez – a rising mystic acolyte, mother and community leader who will perform a ritual on new cult member, Joy Cirelli, who seeks spiritual healing. What could go wrong?
