Strayed Lights – Check Out the Pre-Order Trailer

Developers from the independent studio Embers have shared a brand-new trailer for the upcoming adventure game Strayed Lights, set to launch on April 25 for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC. Pre-order Strayed Lights via the game’s official website and receive the 120-page digital art book plus the title’s soundtrack composed by the Grammy award-winning Austin Wintory for free.

In addition to announcing the start of the pre-orders, the video in question gives players a chance to feast eyes on the game’s magnificent visuals as it shows off the glowing glowing wildlife, treacherous environments, and merciless monsters.

In the game, players take on the role of a tiny, growing light seeking transcendence to explore a land of otherworldly ruins and glowing trees, where entities of flickering lights and luminescent shadows reside. Violent creatures will stand in the tiny light’s path, but these monsters are meant to be soothed and freed from their inner demons, not slaughtered.

“Strayed Lights is a story about soothing overwhelming emotions corrupting us and restoring balance,” says Alexandre Arramon, co-founder and creative director at Embers. “In a few weeks, we hope action adventure fans of all ages will be able to relate to the tiny light’s journey of awakening and embark on their introspective odyssey. With an immersive soundtrack composed by the talented Austin Wintory and art that evokes a hand-painted feel in 3D, Strayed Lights is being made to inspire people everywhere to have a moment to feel their emotions.”
