Meet the teams in an incredible new Zenless Zone Zero Game Awards Trailer.
The Game Awards always sets the stage for a night of explosive unveils and cool new game trailers, and 2023 was no different. Last night, HoYoverse revealed a new trailer for upcoming action adventure Zeneless Zone Zero. One among a trio of trailers form the Otaku filled outfit, this new glimpse at the title gave eager fans and the rest of the world a glimpse at what awaits within the Hollows.
Check out the teaser above and you’ll find a minute and a half of audacious swagger, a thumping electronic soundtrack, action combat, and anime aesthetics. There’s also a look at some of the characters and their respective factions that you’ll find in this free to play. While we’ve already had information on Nicole, Anby, and Billy we now have a very swift glimpse of combat from characters like Soldier 11, Grace, Koleda, and Koleda. If you’ve ever imagined an anime maid with a giant scythe hacking down digital monsters then you’re already prepared.
Moreover, the new trailer gives players an idea of what to expect when entering Zenless Zone Zero’s combat encounters. These instanced dungeons are known as Hollows and intersect with an urban city environment known as New Eridu. Standing as an outpost for humanity this seemingly normal cityscape is plagued by reality twisting bubbles that only a few well skilled Proxies and Operators can take on. With a recent testing phase now complete and some very positive feedback after our Gamescom 2023 hands on, I can’t imagine anything but more hype to build for Zenless Zone Zero.
