Paradox Interactive is continuing its series of blog posts to introduce players to the factions coming in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. This time, readers meet The Baron, one of the factions players can align with.
The Baron rules the city’s criminal underground. Though rarely, if ever seen, he runs the organization through a number of lieutenants. The group manages to have its effect on every shady deal in Seattle. The Baron’s forces are immediately recognized by the stooges they employ. Running into humans, ghouls, Thinbloods, and vampires is a sure sign that The Baron is running the show.
“The factions in Seattle are groups of Kindred who have come together under a common banner and are vying for control over the city. Throughout the campaign, players will learn more about the factions, pledge allegiance to a faction’s cause, or can choose to pit them against each other to dramatically impact the future of the Emerald City.”
