The Legend Of Heroes: Trails From Zero Begins The Crossbell Saga

Begin your adventure with a brand new squad. The Legend of Heroes: trail From Zero has arrived.

It’s time to begin a bradn new chapter in the iconic Legend of Heroes series by heading home and picking up the family trade. The latest entry in this JRPG series is out now, and players picking up this story will be able to grab their copy via online retailers and jump in on Nintendo Switch™, PS4™, and PC!

Anybody familiar with the long history of this franchise can load in and follow Lloyd Bannings as he returns home after three years away from this sleepy location. While conflict might rage between the Erebonian Empire and the Republic of Calvard, Bannings seems to want nothing more than to follow in his late brother’s footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department. Instead of ascending the ranks as a noble officer, he is, instead, thrown in with a roguish band of misfits and calamity ensues.

Instead of turning over the fate of a world in peril, this retro styled turn-based tale is out to use the Special Support Section’s unique mix of skills to overturn the corruption that festers in the dark. The big city isn’t exactly what Bannings remember and players will be able to build a team of uniquely capable characters, take them out and fight for justice. To get an idea of what exactly that means, publisher NIS has dropped a typically stellar-looking animated trailer. Taking plenty of visual inspiration from titles like Octopath Traveler, developer Falcom, the team behind the incredible  Ys VIII,  has crafted a beautifully retro experience that still feels shiny and new.

To take a look around the city of Calvard ahead of your service, take a trip over to the official Legend of Heroes website now.

Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
