Cat Cafe Manager Opens Its Doors Today And You Can Pet All The Kitties

Cat Cafe Manager

Grab a latte and balance the books, then pet all the cats as Cat Café Manager Launches today.

Cat Cafe Manager opens its doors today, launching a new business venture that mixes my two favorite things, cats and coffee. The wholesome indie strategy from developer Roost games and published by Freedom games is exactly what it sounds like. Initially announced in 2020, this adorable mix of careful decision making and floofs beings when players inherit a small cafe in the sleepy village of Caterwaul Way, it’s up to players to mend the premises, spruce things up and befriend the local feline population.

Players will need to roll up their sleeves and rebuild the aforementioned cafe. Options include building new rooms, decoration, and furniture selections to entice villagers into your business. No business is anything without great staff, and this means managers will need to hiring the right people, managing their workload, and helping them refine their skills. There’s even the option o refine the menu, placing new dishes on offer alongside the ginger tom from down the way.

This is far more than simple strategy and numbers, however. The relationships and slice of life that players experience doesn’t just enrich the day to day cafe experience. These locals help unlock the mysteries of Caterwaul Way. Whether it’s a young musician trying to make it big or shy young kitten, each of these might be the next clue cracking the mystery of the crumbling, ancient shrine to an old feline god in the nearby forests.

We’re already convinced after our hands on with Cat Cafe Manager and my recurring obsession with cat related video games like Purrfect Date. If you are, then Cat Cafe manager is out today on Nintendo Switch, Windows PC via Steam and Epic Game Store. Find out more over on the official Cat Cafe manager website.

After an early indoctrination into PC gaming, years adrift on the unwashed internet, running a successful guild, and testing video games, I turned my hand to writing about them. Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
