The Dragon Prince Season 4: Mystery of Aaravos is drawing ever closer. The new episodes are scheduled to arrive on November 3, only on Netflix. With our heroes returning to Xadia, it’s time to learn more about the mysterious antagonist, the Startouch elf known as Aaravos. The Dragon Queen Zubeia recalls events long past to let the team know just who they will be dealing with.
Aaravos’ machinations influence more than just the conflict between human kingdoms and Xadia, according to Zubeia he had a hand in a great war that pitted the Archdragons against one another. Add to it the mysterious death of the Dragon Queen Luna Tebebris and the very timely disappearance of elven Queen Aditi, and the picture paints the Great One as the mastermind behind many major events of the past.
What revelations await viewers in Season 4? And what does Claudia have to do with it? Stay tuned to find out!
Previously, the team shared a couple of clips – “Resurrection” and “One More Thing” – featuring both familiar and new faces alike. In the first video, Claudia, under the guidance of Aaravos, has successfully resurrected her father, Viren. Meanwhile, Callum — now the High Mage of Katolis — contemplates an ancient relic discovered in his predecessor’s chambers. Following the dramatic reunion, Claudia introduces Viren to the energetic and empathetic Earthblood elf, Terry…who also happens to be her new boyfriend.
Meanwhile, “Whiplash” focuses on Xadia where general Amaya receives a certain proposition that goes wrong. After traveling deep into Sunfire elf territory, Amaya discovers she’s being followed…. to the immediate regret of her pursuers.
