Developer HoYoverse is back with another character introduction! Following the reveals of Cyno and Candace, it’s time to set eyes on the star of the Zubayr Theater and the best dancer of Sumeru: Nilou.
To Nilou, partners on the stage, staff behind the scenes, and the audience are all essential parts of the performance. Her dancing silhouette is reflected in the moonlight, as her heart glows amongst the glimmering stars. There is no threshold for Nilou’s dances, so everyone can come and enjoy a most fascinating and engrossing time there.
Nilou is a Hydro Sword support character that can change certain Elemental Reactions under specific conditions for the benefit of her team. Her Elemental Skill allows her to perform different types of dance moves, dealing Hydro damage to the opponents or applying Wet status to them. Her Elemental Burst allows her to deal Hydro AoE damage.
When all the party members are of certain Elemental types, Nilou’s Elemental Skill can further grant the Golden Chalice’s Bounty effects to the nearby characters. Triggering the Bloom reaction while this effect is active spawns special Bountiful Cores that burst very quickly after being created with larger AoEs.
