Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance, the upcoming co-op RPG from Tuque Games and Wizards of the Coast, will come to Xbox Game Pass as soon as it releases, on 22 June.
There’s no wait for adventurers on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Windows 10 PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Eager heroes can form their party and head out to take on the latest Dungeons & Dragons IP when Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance launches on 22 June. Rather than come out platform by platform this new quest will be available without delay on the Microsoft subscription service, meaning players won’t have to dig into their inventory to grab extra gold.
Cross-Realm Campaigns
With the news that Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance is due to hit the aforementioned platforms all at once, you’ll be able to forget character sheets and math for the night, and group up with cross-platform play. If the cleric is still stuck on a console it should be no matter, as you and your friends plunge into the unforgiving frozen hellscape of Icewind Dale. Featuring up to 4 player co-op and action combat should mean that even novices can get involved.
Dark Alliance lets you choose from four iconic heroes, the Companions of the Hall – Drizzt, Catti-brie, Bruenor, and Wulfgar – with over 50 different moves, special abilities, and team attacks. You’ll venture into the frozen north of Icewind Dale seeking the ancient and powerful crystal shard – Crenshinibon and take on 30 different iconic monsters and factions.
This new Xbox Game Pass reveal comes alongside a new trailer, above, and plenty of pre-release streams over on the official D&D Twitch channels. You can find out more about Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance by watching both or scrolling to the official website before the 22 June release date.
