Elements Banks Nearly 1000% of Kickstarter Target

Elements, the indie RPG from Apogee, is generating some serious hype over on Kickstarter to make almost 1000% funding.

While my opening line might sound a little bit like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Apogee Entertainment’s upcoming indie open world RPG has banked over 198,00 Canadian dollars during its Kickstarter campaign. Crushing the initial 20,000 target and generating some serious interest over on Kickstarter, this fantasy RPG is a beautiful, 3rd-person, open-world adventure game about two siblings fulfilling their destiny, and it looks enthralling.

This brother and sister duo are due to begin their adventure with a Steam Early Access release in Q2 2024. This will be followed by PC 1.0, PlayStation 5|4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch launches in 2025. These two will venture out into Elemythia in search of eight elemental stones scattered throughout the realm. Along the way they will explore a range of enchanting backdrops, forests, mountain ranges, and more. Cross dimensional boundaries, ride epic beasts, and meet new friends across this adventure.
There’s more to this gorgeous looking title than just exploration. You’ll need to plant a homestead to store valuable loot, and craft portals between dwellings for fast travel across the ever-expansive land of Elemythia Crafting seems to be a massive part of this, with gardening even getting a look in too. Of course, there’s combat too. Huge monsters, not so friendly wildlife, and more means you’ll need to defend yourself and battle for the future of all the realms.

We could delve into so much more detail but just check out the trailer above and if you want to pledge, you’ve got a few more days. Find out more about Elements over on the official website now.

For those of you who I’ve not met yet, my name is Ed. After an early indoctrination into PC gaming, years adrift on the unwashed internet, running a successful guild, and testing video games, I turned my hand to writing about them. Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
