Developer Strange Scaffold just announced Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator and I don’t know quite what to think.
If you’re used to farming for turnips in Mineral Town then this new management simulator from indie developer Strange Scaffold might not quite be your pace. The studio, headed by Xalavier Nelson Jr, is following on from a recent dog airport game, with this very different type of farming simulator, due out later this year on PC.
As the title might suggest, Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator is largely focused on organs. While everybody has them, the war fronts of the sci-fi fueled future mean that not everybody gets to keep them, and there’s profit in that for you. Get your iron grip on fleshy met bags of all varieties and play the market for the best deal. Over the course of this organ heavy adventure, you’ll trade viscera with dubious figures, create and download new content using an accessible slate of modding capabilities, and try to keep vampire-leech organs from devouring the rest of the goods inside your cargo hold.
While this all sounds like a pretty vicious vision of outer space, the majority of Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator is all about the numbers. The silly sounding sim is a bloodless clinical trading sim where you’ll get involved with some shady deals, track the markets on screen, and shift stock in good time before you lose your nerve, or you sell them off.
