Guild Wars 2 End of Dragons will plunge into the Gyala Delve with a new content drop on 23 May.
Prepare to find out what lies in the deepest regions of Gyala Delve in just a few days time. ArenaNet has announced that players can expect the second major story update to drop post End of Dragons. Even better, the update to this hugely popular MMO will cost absolutely nothing.
Exploring new regions in the hugely popular Canthan end of Tyria, the follow up to What Lies Beneath takes a certain player commander and their new Krew of misfits even further into the Gyala Delve. Now players are expected to dig themselves out of trouble and defeat the Ravenous Wanderer. After unearthing this monstrosity in February, taking it down will require battling through a new map-spanning meta event, and a new narrative chapter.
Along the way, we’re expecting t pick up some new rewards. These include a new Special Ops armor set, the Mining Hand Drill mace, the Xunlai Nephrite Crusher hammer, a mini phoenix, and more. Once the Wanderer is down, that’s not the end of this update either. The upcoming drop will also add new activities throughout Canthan maps, including new Adventures like Jade Bot drone mode collection challenges, siege turtle target practice, and skiff races. New ambush events will also begin to appear as the fearsome on hunt the player across Cantha.
