Developer HoYoverse updated the official Youtube channel with a new trailer titled “preview of Honkai Impact 3rd Part 1 Finale Opening”. It features a number of beloved characters finally having a reunion – and setting off to fight against the end of the world. Note that the video features spoilers so make sure you are okay with that before watching!
“The blue planet reflects clear rays far off, as if a giant eyeball staring at us from the distance. The blue feels intimate and familiar, so familiar that one would almost develop fear upon seeing it. The planet is going to embrace its destiny, which shall be determined by humanity, not Honkai.”
For those who are still catching up with the events happening in the game, HoYoverse also shared the Elysian Realm in a Nutshell recap video.
In the video, Elysia narrates Mei’s adventure across the Elysian Realm from her first arrival and meeting with the Flame-Chasers to the inevitable standoff of Herrscher of Human: Ego against the Herrscher of Corruption, featured in the Because of You animated short.
For the Thirteen Flame-Chasers, Elysian Realm wraps up. However, it will always be with us in memories, making this story real.
