Warner Bros. Games and Player First Games have announced the arrival of a massive MultiVersus update. The new patch offers players a new character on the roster and a brand-new Halloween content that comes packed with a special in-game event called Monster Mash. The update is live on all platforms including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Fans of the 80s film Gremlins will immediately recognize the game’s newest addition. Stripe, leader of the Gremlins, has made his way into the F2P game as an Assassin class character. He moves in an unruly and rambunctious way that is sure to keep opponents off balance. To showcase his awesome claw attacks and the range of weapons he can use, the team sent out a great gameplay trailer.
The latest update also brings the first-ever Halloween event that includes the Monster Mash in-game mode. During Monster Mash, players participate in matches. During these matches, they will earn candy that can be exchanged for rewards including themed character variants, profile icons, and a sticker emote.

The event will run from now through November 8th when all the goodies will disappear.
From October 28-30, players will celebrate Scoobtober, the annual Scooby-Doo-focused Halloween celebration. During the event, fans can check out a special Twitch stream of Scooby-Doo content, including episodes from the TV series and full-length films. Fans watching the stream will earn a variety of rewards based on how long they participate.
Lastly, from October 15-November 20, players can watch a competitive 2v2 tournament with a $60,000 prize pool. The Fall Showdown will feature players from different regions: North America East, North America West, and Europe. Learn more here.
