New Hitman 3: Freelancer Details Announced

Hitman 3

IO Interactive has announced that the highly-anticipated Hitman 3: Freelancer update is ready for technical testing. In addition, developers released a 10-minute gameplay video to give players a peek at what’s in store. The Freelancer update is expected to launch in January 2023.

The Closed Technical Test will begin on Thursday 3rd November and run until Monday 7th November. The technical test is only available on Steam and will be available as a separate ‘game’. This means it cannot be accessed from the standard HM3 game. Players will need a download code sent from IOI to access it and play.

IO developers have opened up a signup page where players can register their interest to take part. Developers are quick to point out that they can’t promise that everyone who signs up will get access, but the plan is to add more players over time.

Check out all of the details including download instructions and more by visiting the Hitman 3: Freelancer official site.

About Hitman 3

HM 3 is the best place to play every game in the World of Assassination trilogy. If you’ve already played HM 2 on Steam, the locations that you can access in that game will be converted into an ‘Access Pass’ for HM 3 when you buy the latest game. The Access Pass DLCs will be applied to your account and the locations will be available and ready to play from the first time you launch the game.

HM 3 is the dramatic conclusion to the World of Assassination trilogy. Become Agent 47, a legendary assassin and use creativity and improvisation to execute the most ingenious and spectacular eliminations, in sprawling sandbox locations all around the globe.
