PC Building Simulator 2 just got a cool new update thanks to new Phanteks components
Get ready for the upgrade you can’t quite afford in reality. PC Building Simulator 2 drops version 1.3 today and it should keep us all plenty cool over the summer months. The latest set of shiny components and silicon add ons will expand the current line up of components with new custom fans on radiators, a free post-apocalyptic workshop theme, and a Phanteks partnership.
Available today, the newest range of in stock options for this virtual PC building sim includes Phanteks’ Enthoo Pro 2, Eclipse G500A, Eclipse G360A, and Evolv X Digital Midi cases. There are also new options from Hyte and Lian Li, adding the Y40 & Y60 Snow White and the LANCOOL III for hardware enthusiasts.
Inside these cool new rigs, anybody tinkering on a new build can also use the latest B650 motherboards and the special edition Intel® Core™ i9-13900 KS Processor, boosting up to a guaranteed 6GHz with adequate cooling. Thankfully, this tech sim now sports a range of custom radiator fans to ensure that you can make it to 6Ghz. Just take any applicable radiator to the water cooling bench and select a compatible replacement fan to keep things shilled.
After the first PC Building Simulator back in 2018, developer Spiral House added a follow up in 2022, and seems to continually be at the cutting edge of RGB fuelled enthusiast hardware builds. Unfortunately, these build your own adventures won’t be able to run Jedi Survivor any better than my own rig, but they do look pretty Phancy in their new cases.
