Rocket League Presses Play on Neon Nights

Neon Nights comes to Rocket League on 25 January, featuring platinum selling artist Cochise.

Rocket League, the multiplayer mix of soccer and petrol power Kicks off a new set of nights in the arena this month. On January 25, players can unleash some blistering ball skills on a brand new event. Neon Nights will add a whole host of Cochise content to the competitive title, including shop items, Limited Time Modes, and Neon Nights themed challenged.

Aside from being a bright new façade on an already colorful title, this addition to Rocket League adds plenty of musical rewards. Event challenges offer an opportunity to grab Cochise themed items, including player anthems “Turn it Up” and “Long Way”. Inspection decals, Mr. Professor themed wheels, and more are available to loot as you drive through to victory.

Two Limited Time Modes return to the mix too. Spike Mode brings back 3v3 action from 25 January until 1 February. Following on from this, Speed Demon will race onto screens between 1 February and 7 February.

Finally, we know that fans of the hit artist at the heart of this update can grab the song “Pocket Rocket” as a new player anthem, from the Item Shop. This intro will set you back 200 credits, but it manages to sound even cooler than the Frosty Fest rewards. If you’re a bit short on cash then, the Cochise Antenna and the Inspector Player Title will be available for free for the duration of the event.

Turn it up, jump in to race around the returning content and grab some new neon additions to your roster in Neon Nights. Rocket league is available now across PC and console.
