Amazon and Smilegate have just announced a massive crossover event that that will bring The Witcher to Lost Ark
Fear monster no more for Geralt of Rivia is about to come riding into Lost Ark. audiences are about to get a very different view or the Witcher with the news of a massive crossover. CD Projekt Red and Amazon’s MMOARPG is set to unleash a limited-time special crossover event into Arkesia that will likely delight fans of this franchise.
Players across Korea can log into this fantasy title right now to get a glimpse of this unique blend of different worlds, while anybody across North America, Europe, South America, and Australia will be able to go slay some more monsters in January 2023. Set primarily in the Lost Ark universe, this collaboration rips open an interdimensional portal, throwing familiar faces into a new environment. Geralt of Rivia, Yennefer of Vengerberg, Triss Merigold of Maribor, Dandelion, and Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon don’t just make a cosmetic appearance. New voice acting from the game’s original cast features, as well as a new chain of events and special rewards.
As players in Lost Ark team up with characters from The Witcher, both will work to solve a puzzle that spans time and space, but there’s plenty of loot is on offer for their trouble. New Witcher themed cosmetics will be available in the store, and new character customization scars, Cards, Stronghold structures, Emojis (and more) will be obtainable for players who participate in the collaboration event.
