Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Trailer Shows Off Updated Locations

The launch trailer for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 has arrived and it is packed with a nostalgic look back at some locations from games of the past. While the launch isn’t due until September 4th, developers took the opportunity to showcase some things that haven’t yet been seen in previous videos. Longtime fans of the series will recognize the Streets level from the original Pro Skater game as well as the Bullring in the second game alongside the Mall, Downhill Jam, and Roswell. Each locale is easily recognizable, though updated for a new generation.

The game will also be shipping with the Create-a-Park game mode that will allow players to design their own skate parks and levels. The trailer gives a brief preview of how that will work and how players will be able to share their creations with others online.

The remastered version of the two games comes with a massive number of graphical overhauls that bring the game up to speed with modern systems. In addition, all of the skaters have aged to their current living-world ages.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on September 4th. Check out the official site to learn more.
