The Amazon Prime Day celebrations kicked off last night with 2nd annual Prime Day Concert that included performances by Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, SZA, and Becky G.
Prime Day started in 2015 to celebrate Amazon’s 20th anniversary. Since then, it has grown into a global deal-a-thon that’s celebrated in 18 countries which is incredible considering purchases throughout Prime Day celebrations can only be made by US Prime member. Prime Day has become so popular that this year it will be celebrated for 48 hours beginning at 2:59am ET on Monday, July 15.
BUT WHATS IN IT FOR GAMERS?!
That’s what we really want to know right?

Before any of that takes place though you can already get yourself a Twitch Prime new skin promotion for Apex Legends in the form of the “Sweet Dreams Wattson” skin shown below. Prime members can also claim the Stellar Stallion skin for the brand new weapon, L-Star. There will be 3 more drops coming soon as part of this promotion in the form of the Bangalore Skin, Octane Skin and Mirage Weapon Skin.
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! The offer I’ve already taken advantage of is the 30% off Twitch merchandise deal that’s already going on until July 16th!
Anyone can watch all of these Twitch promos but to purchase any of the deals you must be in the US and sign up for Twitch Prime – be sure to link your Apex Legends account if that’s the loot you’re after and happy loot hunting!
