The brand new glimpse at Blue Protocol features the combat against a range of encounters, and the line-up of new heroes.
Choose Your Hero
Coming to a character creation screen soon, the Blade Warden is a melee sword and board knight that contains plenty of crowd control capability. No matter how new the animation, tanks are a classic.
The Keen Strider also features in this look ahead. Armed with a bow, this ranged adventurer seems to be offer plenty of flexibility and damage, although we wouldn’t be surprised to see a few heals and crowd control come live launch. The Spell Weaver that ends up in this showcase looks to wield the elements as ranged weapons, throwing fire and ice at enemies, and retreating in the blink of an eye. The following Twin Striker fills the classic rogue format, with this class dual wielding axes to strike and slice during a huge boss battle. The Foe Breaker class also makes an appearance during one of these boss encounters, wielding some massive weaponry and powerful magic of its own.
You can check out the flashy combat scenarios and see a little of this broken world in the trailer above, and on the Blue Protocol website. Blue Protocol is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC a little later than initially expected, in 2024. You can, however get signed up for beta right now.
