Sexy locals, sun-kissed beaches and an apocalyptic adventure that is entirely player-driven arrives this summer with the launch of Doomsday paradise.
The end is nigh and it’s looking good. Lemonade Flashbang has announced that a very different take on traditional D&D night is coming to PCs later this year. This one man studio coming out of Portland has crafted a player picked adventure that might initially look like a spicy visual novel, but this is no Monster Prom. Instead, you’ll arrive in Sunset Town, a village where the toned townsfolk sometimes come in green, and tequila isn’t all that’s being served.
The apocalypse is coming, and players will need to form a party with their friends, log in, pick a character, and decide exactly what to do. This multiplayer RPG puts the choice to party or save the world in your hands; whether it’s collecting sex toys, befriending serial killer bears, or fighting world-devouring monsters in card-based combat.
With over 100 endings to explore, tons of romances, battels, brilliant twists, and more to try out, this isn’t going to be your average night across the table. While Pathfinder has its place and Wizards of the Coast is iconic, I’m preparing for a night or two that my party isn’t likely to forget. You can find out more about Doomsday paradise I on the official Steam Store page and get a taste of the action while the demo is still available over on the official Steam Store.
