Developer HoYoverse continues expanding the world of anime RPG Honkai: Star Rail. It is time to learn more about the IPC in the latest Myriad Celestia video. Titled Interastral Peace Tour: Selection, Planning, and Opportunity, it brings players up to speed on everything they need to know about the organization.
For Trailblazers that have caught up with the Version 1.4 story, this won’t be the first run-in with the IPC. Topaz, a character about to join the roster of the game, is one such representative. Topaz is a 5-star Fire Hunt character that works as the Senior Manager of the Strategic Investment Department in the Interastral Peace Corporation, and leader of the Special Debts Picket Team.
Already a member of the “Ten Stonehearts” at a young age, Topaz’s core stone is the “topaz of debt retrieval.” Her partner, the Warp Trotter “Numby,” is also capable of acutely perceiving where “riches” are located. It can even perform jobs involving security, debt collection, and actuarial sciences. Presently they are traversing the cosmos together, chasing down various debts and liabilities that negatively influence the IPC’s commercial ventures.
Her banner will be up in the second half of Version 1.4, alongside with Seele’s rerun. Both of them will be accompanied by a new 4-star: Guinaifen (Fire Nihility).
