Prepare for a loud adventure when Big Blue Bubble Brings My Singing Monsters Playground to PC and consoles on 9 November.
The developer behind the My Singing Monster franchise has just announced that the next title in their series of loud and proud monster mayhem is set to arrive across PC and Consoles on 9 November. The new entry in this series will sound off on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Taking the original creative concept, the newest entry will bundle players into an all-new party game that is probably best described by watching the new trailer, above.
Rather than compose some sweet music, My Singing Monster Playground allows owners of this menagerie to take control of their favourite musical maker and compete in a tournament of mini-games. It’s not quite WarioWare or Wandersong, but it certainly looks like this outing will have plenty of variety for fans of the original mobile title. Local multiplayer will allow players to get face to face and pick from seven playable characters. Mammott, Furcorn, Pom Pom, Entbrat, Pango, Congle and Kayna are in the roster right now, although we don’t know if more will be added in the future. Game modes include a mix of 2v2 games and more than 20 games that can be played in Party Tournament, Single Player Gauntlet or Free Play mode, while rewards for this competition all revolve around a range of unlockable costumes.
While this all sounds fairly familiar on paper, it is the charm of the on-screen action that makes these party games. To get an idea of what’s in store when My Singing Monsters Playground releases in November, check out the official My Singing Monsters website for more details.
