Oxenfree II: Lost Signals is Finally Here and its Free on Netflix

Oxenfree II: Lost Signal radio waves and a portal to another realm hang above two characters

Oxenfree II: Lost Signals, is out now across PC and Mac via Steam, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Netflix.

The follow up to critically acclaimed narrative adventure Oxenfree is finally out and Netflix subscribers can get it for no money down. Also available across PC and Mac via Steam, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, the new instalment in the Oxenfree story follows Riley Poverly as she revisits her childhood to investigate haunting signals but finds something much bigger than she bargained for. Following on from the impact of that first story, players will find themselves investigating a series of mysterious radio signals. Of course, that brings more than you might expect.
Among the quaint costa scenes of Riley’s hometown lurk mysterious cults, tears in reality, and a myriad of choices to make. This tale is guided by your dialogue, Oxenfree’s iconic radio wave mechanics, and whatever difficult decisions you do make. While plenty of us are eager to play this as a follow on, developer Nigh School Studios has noted this can be experienced as a standalone item.

If you’re looking to catch up with the first in the series then original game is available to purchase for 80% off on PC or Mac via Steam, the Nintendo Switch, and 75% off on PlayStation 4 for a limited time. The game is also available for Netflix subscribers as part of their membership. This mobile version of the adventure joins the likes of Stranger Things, Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon, the first Oxenfree, and Terra Nil on the streaming platform.

I won’t ruin either of these stories, but this unique tale of adolescent mistakes is definitely worth playing, while I’m hoping the second is worth the seven-year interlude. Oxenfree II: Lost Signals is out now across digital storefronts and over on Netflix too. Check out the official website for even more on this mystery.
