The Maharaka Festival Brings Summer Fun to Lost Ark in Its July Update

Amazon Games is ready to unleash the July update for Lost Ark later today. The patch is jam-packed with quality-of-life improvements, new storylines, a new Inferno dungeon, and the arrival of the Maharaka Festival. Overall, the MMO’s July update seems to bring much to the table.

Notable features in the July update

  • New Elgacia stories, quests, and more come with the patch. These take place following the epic conclusion of the June storyline and offers players a chance to build rapport with NPCs along the way. Players will need to have finished the Elgacia storyline to access the epilogue. The good news is that completing these events will see players gifted with the Journey’s End Jukebox Song and a new Vairgrys Questline trigger.
  • Players looking for bigger challenges and epic rewards will want to check out the Inferno difficulty of the Kakul-Saydon Legion Raid. It is pedestrian to earn gear, so devs are shaking things up by handing out titles, achievements, Stronghold structures, and more for those willing to take on the challenge.
  • Players will be able to chase down Memory Orbs to experience new stories from an ancient civilization. These come through the Music Box of Memories. Players get hints from each continent and follow a questline to collect these orbs to earn rewards. There’s a decent list of goodies to be had so it’s worth taking part, especially for completionists.
  • Those looking for summer fun will definitely want to check out the Maaharaka Festival. The special activity for the month is the Run, Mokokos section. Players will race against one another as Mokoko while dodging obstacles along the way. Throughout the world, players can take part in a number of activities to earn event currency that can be traded for all kinds of goodies.
  • The Tier 3 Ancient Legion Commander Gear attainment has a number of big changes incoming.
  • General updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements

There are a lot of details to be had, so swing by the Lost Ark official site to learn more.
