Sengoku Dynasty just unveiled a look at the gorgeous open world that awaits players, thanks to a new trailer.
Toplitz Productions announced it was moving east when Sengoku Dynasty hit headlines back in 2021. Now, players who have been eagerly waiting on this upcoming survival sim can take a stroll through the lush open world of feudal Japan. Polish developer Superkami just dropped the newest trailer for their upcoming adventure into the past, and it looks pretty inviting.
Placed across a diverse range of biomes, players will find bamboo forests, mountain peaks, and even hot springs. Between admiring the cherry blossoms, players will need to initially survive the elements. Thrown back into the Sengoku period, there’s no combini waiting to save you if you can’t find food. Once you’ve learned to hunt and gather in the forests, you’ll need more to thrive. Much like Medieval Dynasty, this game allows players to build, craft, co-operate and expand from a simple hut to a thriving city.
“Sengoku Dynasty offers a new perspective on the Sengoku era. It’s not about war and samurais, but about the everyday struggles and resilience of ordinary people.” Said Jan Cieślar, CEO and Co-Founder of Superkami.
You can check out what awaits and see the environments in the trailer. Sengoku Dynasty will launch on Steam Early Access this summer. For more information on Sengoku Dynasty, head over to the game’s official Steam page.
