The New Philips TAG5106 Headset Is Not Part Of Evnia Range

Philips TAG5106

Philips, one of the gaming industries monitor mainstays, has just announced the launch of the TAG5106 wireless gaming headset .

Barely TWO months have passed since Philips announced a brand new direction for their gaming monitors with Evnia. However, the leading monitor manufacturer has dropped a new wireless gaming headset that appears to be in a league all of its own. The TAG51063 is a brand new premium iteration on its existing TAG headsets, offering high quality comfort, sound, and freedom.

Seemingly taking a lead form the upcoming Evnia peripherals, the newest TAG is something of an transitionary take, featuring the same angular approach as the other Philips headsets like the TAGH401BL and the linear RGB lighting of the recently announced Evnia peripherals.

Inside this sleek headset, gamers will find a set of custom-tuned 50 mm drivers tuned by professional acoustic engineers. Full DTS Headphone:X 2.0 next-gen 7.1 channel surround sound support should provide a great soundscape and directional audio, while the 2.4 GHz/BT dual wireless connection and 3.5 mm wired connection should mean great gaming whatever platform you are on. No matter how long that gaming session is, Philips newest should see you through, with a 45 hour battery life, a flip up mic for communication during long riads, and an adaptive head beam and ear pads with leatherette and memory foam to stay comfy under pressure. While we haven’t got our hands on this one yet, it will be available in stores and online for £74.99. or local equivalent.
