Try A Different Cup Competition In The Rocket League Nike FC Cup Event

The Soccer World Cup might be ready to kick off, but fans looking for something a little closer to home and somewhat less controversial can get into gear with the Rocket League Nike FC Cup Event.

Available to play form 17 November, the Nike FC Cup returns to Rocket league and runs until 6 December. The not so festive activities will give players of this motorized soccer sim an opportunity to take part in a range of events, earn rewards, and see their chosen country rise to the top of the ranks.

Challenges

The new event will find a total of 10 in game challenges on offer for players. Whether it’s a game of Chaos, Dropshot, Snow Day, or Hoops competitors drive straight into, there are tons of rewards on offer. Over 40 Decals from around the world and a Golden Egg that unlocks an Item from Champions Series 1 through 4 are already on the roster of potential prizes.

While loot is always an attractive goal, team pride is everything. Players participating in the upcoming Fan Clash can sign up and play for the shirt. Choosing a team and then playing Rocket League will earn points to get teams to the top of the Fan Clash leader board. Players on the winning team will receive the “Nike FC Cup MVP” Title and the top 4 teams will receive the Nike FC 2022 Titanium White Goal Explosion. The Fan Clash will end on November 30.

A new Nike FC LTM will introduce a temporary version of 4v4 mode, increasing the max speed, lowering the traditional ball’s bounciness, and reskinning the established Champion’s Field. This limited mode will arrive a little later than the previous changes, beginning on 30 November for a very short run. Just like the Nike FC Showdown, Some of the Nike items added to the in game shop will be available for a very small window.
