One Punch Man : A Hero Nobody Knows is about to gain at least one more rank in the Hero’s Association as a closed beta gets ready for a superhero landing.
No need to watch the knees as One Punch Man is going to have you sitting squarely on your couch at the start of November. Prolific publisher Bandai Namco just dropped a new trailer for the upcoming adaptation of the hugely successful anime and confirmed that eager heroes can get into the game’s closed beta as soon as 1 November. The upcoming action game follows the character Saitama who we know as One Punch Man. A much-maligned superhero, Saitama uses his immeasurable strength and speed to effortlessly defeat his enemies.
Now players can join Saitama and a host of other characters. In addition to the title character, Atomic Samurai, Bang, Genos, Speed-o’-Sound Sonic, Tatsumaki, and others are on show. We get a definite glimpse of the gameplay, customizations, and action that occurs in the upcoming game. 3v3 battles will feature heavily as players build a team and take on a range of challenges. Giants, meteors, and other environmental disasters all await as you guide your own character through the dedicated story missions.
Players ready to take on the most heroic of deeds can get into Beta on the following dates:
Session 1: November 1, 3 AM – 5 AM PT
Session 2: November 1, 11 PM – 1 AM PT
